Our Process: Hot Cross Buns

Volare’s award-winning Hot Cross Buns are back for another season and, as always, they’re packed with dried fruit and our unique blend of spices. Made from scratch, iced by hand, and carefully packed, they’re an Easter favourite with our customers. Made with a fermented brioche dough, they’re both springy and moist, finished with a sticky glaze for a truly decadent treat. Best eaten toasted with a generous helping of butter melted on top.
