Lucy's Gluten Free - The Sourdough One - is an award-winning free-form sourdough bread that's been fermented for 18 hours and is made with Sorghum, Millet, Brown Rice and Tapioca Flours, Potato Starch and Psyllium Husk. Our favourite for toasting and topping with delicious condiments, like all of Lucy's loaves, it comes pre-sliced and sealed in paper-recyclable packaging.

ABOUT LUCY'S

Lucy resolved to take a simpler approach to Gluten Free bread: no dairy, no egg, no wheat. Just good proper bread that happens to be Gluten Free.

All of her loaves are made by hand, so each loaf is unique and may differ in shape. Focusing on using less ingredients – but better ingredients – you'll notice that they don't have a long shelf life and are made to be eaten fresh.
